Kiran is an Engineering graduate and a Postgraduate in Management, majoring in Marketing. He has an extremely rich experience of over 25 years in the Engineering and Training realm. He is a trained facilitator in Process work by Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Sciences (ISABS).

Kiran is trained in Behavioral Assessments on the DISC model and the FIRO-B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relationship Behavior Orientation). He has also undergone certification on Culture at the workplace (CWQ-Hofstede Model), GTPQ and Competency Profiling System by ITAP Intl. He is also a Certified Extended DISC Administrator (CEDA). Kiran has successfully been certified as a NLP Practitioner by NLP Life - Dr. Richard Bandler.

Kiran is also a certified coach with The MindGym, UK and Mercer, USA. His corporate work experience in the area of training with international training organizations and different industries has given him diverse exposure in people development interventions.

Kiran specializes in Organizational Development interventions, the major focus being attitudinal and behavioral training.
