Executive Coaching

Finding you the 'right' Executive Coach is never easy and depends a great deal on who you are and where you are in your live and what you want from the coaching journey. When we start our sourcing journey with you we'll be looking at a whole range of parameters to determine whether a coach is the 'right' fit for you - or not.

We'll be specifically looking at (e.g.) -:

• Experience: Does the coach have enough professional experience to take up the challenge?


• Industry Knowledge: Does the coach have or need basic or advanced knowledge about your industry?


• Chemistry: You will be working together on matters that are important to you. It is therefore very important that you do share a good chemistry.


• Style / Personality: Every coach has his/her own style and personality working with you. Not every style is compatible with any client.


• Location: Will you only consider a coach if you can have your sessions with him/her in person? Or can you imagine working with a coach remotely (phone / video / hybrid, etc.)?

We not only offer - we insist on - a complimentary coaching or discovery session for each Executive Coach we propose to you so that you can (mutually) assess the fit.

We are 100% independent and impartial and on your side. We neither employ Executive Coaches nor are we affiliated or associated with or bias towards any Coaching providers we propose to you.

All Executive Coaches recommended by us will offer the following methods of coaching where possible:

• Live & In-person
• Via phone or other suitable VOIP audio-only services
• Via live video connection

We can broker Executive Coaches from anywhere you like. You decide how and where and when you would like to work with your favourite Coach.

Introducing new external Executive Coaches to a company always carries risks. There can be a large number of reasons. Sometimes it can be your coach who causes problems.

If an coach was sourced by us and s/he can't, won't or may not be able to deliver the intervention as agreed we make sure practical uncomplicated solutions are found swiftly to remedy a situation - including the replacement of a coach at no extra charge, etc.

We guarantee 100% discretion to our Clients. We represent your interests and hide your identity during the entire search for an appropriate Executive Coach such that only shortlisted candidates which you approve will ever know who you are.

We never publish a 'case-study' about your coaching project. We may add your company name or logo to our websites - and only with your explicit permission and without reference to the work we've done together.

We never disclose, confirm or deny to third parties our involvement in coaching projects unless we are required by law or by your employer to do so.
